Good sandwiches, customer service could be better. Besides these still fast sandwiches.

I'm thrilled that they are now delivering to my neighborhood! I love JJ, and the staff at this location is friendly and incredibly efficient! Every time I’ve ordered, my sandwich has been perfect and delicious. I couldn't ask for more!

I love Jimmy John?s but this location is bad. Check your order before you pick up. I was told my order was ready, picked it up and realized that was someone else?s order when I got home. They never asked my name nor verified the order. Went the 2nd time and still didn?t verify my name and order. I hope they will redo the order I picked up erroneously considering we are in the middle of the COVID pandemic. Very disappointed!

Here's my slim turkey sandwich without mayo. I can't eat food that's a waste of money.

I came in on Sunday, 1/26/2020., evening around 6PM with my brother. A customer had just got thier sandwich and left. My brother ordered a single sandwich and then I ordered two sandwiches, one of which was a simple turkey and cheese only. We waited fifteen minutes before our sandwiches even got started. They made all of the online sandwiches, about dozen or more before that happened. I?m sitting there waiting and would have expected to get mine first since I?m physically waiting. No apologies except, were busy. One of the worst experiences I?ve ever had. All this and you claim to be very fast. Very misleading.
