I've been a regular customer at Mr. Gatti's since 2000, and this place is always my go-to. They might need a reminder about any ranch dressing you ordered, or if there's an issue with your pizza order, but they're quick to make things right. The staff is friendly, and the food is definitely worthwhile, especially with all the coupons and deals they offer.

UPDATE: I recently ordered again, and the pizza was excellent this time—the crust was just perfect. I’m happy to revise my review to 4 stars.

No one wants to rush through a meal, so it’s a breath of fresh air to encounter friendly staff who are attentive to your order. Gatti's Pizza in Pflugerville is no exception to this. I visited during a particularly rainy and busy night, and while my order took longer than anticipated, it was fresh and tasted wonderful. The staff were incredibly nice throughout the experience. Gatti's will always be my favorite!

Pizza is good! If they make a mistake, they will always replace your order!!
