Yeah, that chicken and very special. The name, that of Mr. Poulaillon, who succeeded well thanks to the Môricette, gave so name to her daughter who, in Pfastatt, offers us a whole different way of seeing. Indeed, the chosen dimension is resolutely authentic, both organic and fermière. Nothing to do with the industrial side of the Poulaillon stores we've known so far. It is a real happiness to be able to go so often, just to drink coffee in this rural setting. Also noteworthy is the friendliness of staff, which is warm in the heart.
