Le Bambou - Petite Riviere Salee

I got the lamb, which was delicious and the planteur punch was one of the best I've had. I wouldn't call this on the more costly end. We got a sample platter to start, two mains and two drinks and it was $85 euros. Great staff too.

Big portions and flavourful dishes. Our waitress translated the entire menu for us and gave us good recs.

It 's a pretty touristy place and they 're good with the advertising they 're doing. Food is pretty pricey for quantity and quality and we ate already much better authentic créole food elsewhere for half the price. But it was nice to try and their hi one made punch was one of the best I had on the island. The waiters are super friendly but were a bit overwhelmed with the amount of people they had when we had lunch there.

Nice traditional Creole atmosphere, highly recommended for local food experience.

Excellent Creole food, highly recommended when you drive between botanical and zoo garden. Very tasty dishes and lovely presentation.
