Curtin Springs Wayside Inn - PETERMANN

Very accommodating! We were on our way back from Uluru, and the shell service petrol station there had NO diesel whatsoever, leaving us with barely any in the tank, and the owner there said the ETA of supply arrival was unknown We got here at Curtin Springs Station half an hour after they had closed for the night, and yet the owner went out of his way to unlock the station for us to fill up The campgrounds are very spacious, and many campervans are situated here, with many bonfire sites available and power stations, including toilets and shower facilities.

We were lead to believe that this was a fully self contained cabin No not the case yes shower and toilet. No little kitchen I guess what topped it off was the feild mouse that one of the staff carried through and blamed the other staff member for not picking it up. His reply was he didn't see it and had got rid of the last one. I have to say it wasn't about the mice as it can't be helped they are field mice. It was the way it was handled. and for $260 per night I need cooking requirements. If I was the owner's I would review there website. It was clean no Tv, no kitchen very very basic. My advice Free camp. The owners. Did give us our money back.

Didn't need to hear story about ingrown toenails when ordering lunch. $3,50 for a cup of hot water disgusting. Steak sandwich with the lot was not worth the money. Wouldn't recommend it at all. Service: 1

Quality Northern Territory Cattle Station Curtin Springs Station amazing.

Without knowing the place booked during Xmas for a couple of days based on the Google reviews and the cost $430/night thinking it will be good place. Just a waste of money, the place is full of mosquitos 100+ and bugs, frogs in the toilet. When I complained about the bugs, the owner gave a spray can. Outside, pitch dark, no light was left on the pathway and no one had stayed there other than my family. We were stranded without any staff or assistance. There is no Restaurant during Xmas or any restaurant nearby. Further overflowing shower area, dirty toilet rooms. On top of, there is no network coverage. Not sure how the government authorized to have an accommodation there. The place is actually a petrol station, filled with gas diesel; not safe for accommodation. Only one positive note, requested a refund on 2nd night, complaining all the issues and got a refund for the 2nd day.
