Wing House - Peterborough

DoorDash had forgot half my order from tonight. When I contacted the restaurant, Carly had went above and beyond with how incredible she was with her customer service kindness. Will definitely be going in soon for a proper experience!??

Just went here with my girlfriend and had a great time up until there was a huge hair in my wings sadly. Didn?t think much but to send them back then was brought with questioning and wasn?t even apologized too. I was more then fine with waiting for myfood again but for the servers to question me and not even feel apologetic at all was just a joke to me. Definitely won?t becoming back and Don?t recommend going especially if there is a bigger pink hair girl serving.

The wings are absolutely amazing! The garlic parmesan and hot honey flavors are delicious. The customer service is excellent too; they consistently check in to make sure that customers have everything they need. The waitress even remembered my drink order from a couple of weeks ago when my partner and I visited last!

I ordered the Bombay chicken wrap and veggie nachos. The wrap was good, but the nachos were a disappointment—there was literally no cheese on them at all. I paid $13.75 plus tax, and this is the second time they’ve messed up my order. When I called the restaurant, the so-called manager/server was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She said, “I don’t know how to reimburse you for that, and since this is your second complaint, why did you order here again?” Is this really how a restaurant should be run? If the owner sees this, please consider hiring more educated and sensible managers. This experience was characterized by rude behavior and very poor customer service.

The wings were cooked to perfection, with generous portions, and we had a blast choosing from the various sauce options. The fries were delicious, and the cheese bread was a treat as well. The drinks were great too. Honestly, I didn’t have high expectations going in, but this was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. I will definitely be returning!
