Very friendly staff, takes super extra care with gluten allergies

I feel over them with the same panini press for both gluten-free and regularly only on different sides. Definitely not a large enough surface to have no cross-contamination. Would be so great if they have dedicated a separate panini press for gluten-free sandwiches!
