Mucho Burrito Peterborough

I discovered a sharp plastic clip in my chicken rice bowl at this restaurant. (Pictures provided) This is a serious safety hazard. I called the restaurant and they apologized for the incident. While I understand accidents can happen in the food industry, proper precautions need to be taken to ensure customer safety. This could have resulted in injury, such as breaking a tooth or even swallowing the object. I have provided pictures as evidence of this incident.

I don 't generally go to fast food chains but we were hungry and the place looked inviting....advertising burrito 'bowls ' and we want to limit our bread intake. At first it was a bit confusing....as we thought you could have small, medium, or large bowls (or a burrito)....but nope, bowls are just one size. But the good news is that our very helpful server said we could split one bowl and even have different meats and different ingredients in each one. So we did that. You can have a good choice of interesting ingredients. My partner liked her beef one with endamame beans, corn, etc. I had the chorizo sausage....and the sausage wasn 't particularly great (but what do you expect in a fast food chain), but all the other ingredients were excellent....including their burrito sauce. The place was clean, the service helpful, and the food seems fresh. And the bowls are made of recyclable biodegradable materials. One suggestion: Do the same with the plastic forks. Edible forks would be a great idea.

We have dined at this restaurant twice since my last review in the spring. The food is always delicious and satisfying. Although the large menu boards may seem overwhelming, the employee working behind the counter will assist you in choosing your toppings. You can have as little or as much as you want, like me, sometimes my burrito is overflowing with ingredients! There are plenty of topping options to choose from. The service is consistently friendly and quick. The restaurant is always clean and well-lit. We will definitely be returning.

Really enjoy their burritos and fresh ingredients! Veggies cooked fresh, great salsa, nachos arent great though.

We stopped in Peterborough for a bite to eat on our way home. The food was really tasty, filling and prepared quickly. The entire meal was most enjoyable and a really nice break on our 6 hour journey home.
