Pavillions West Peterborough

Unbelievable! Honestly, the waiting staff in this restaurant was spectacular, best I ever saw in my life. Especially Daisy! The United Kingdom is quite famous for a bad customer service, but it was just the right mix of friendly but not over the top as in the USA. The food was also amazing, good value for money. Expected to be much more expensive! And they have unlimited beverage refills with the different taste syrups. 10/10, 5 stars, we visited on Monday and we come back on Saturday!

One last minute booking on a Sunday afternoon. My expectations were not particularly high as I had heard some bad stories a few years ago when it first opened. Well, things must have changed!! My experience was fantastic. Beginning with the staff who were all really friendly. Our waitress was Daisy, who was beautiful, and the service and kindness were top notch. Then the food was fantastic and cheap. The toilets were the cleanest I ever experienced in a restaurant or pub. I'm trying to think about everything that could have improved my pleasure in my family dinner. I wouldn't hesitate to eat here again.

Wide range of food and a reasonable selection of drinks. Very helpful and attentive staff, but our waiter asked us if we want big pommes or potatoes. This made it unclear that it offered the double part on the menu. So we ate too much food. The steak was not cooked as desired at medium rate, it was boiled over. We would also prefer to serve our own salad and drinks, as COVID restrictions are lifted.

Had a lovely meal with my family. The waiter was friendly and attentive. We didn't feel rushed and enjoyed the food very much. The ice cream sundaes were a little on the small side for the price but thoroughly enjoyed everything. Restaurant was clean and the salad bar was checked regularly by staff.
