Very good Coffee and delicious pastries Not satisfied with the service

I visit this restaurant almost every day on my way to work, and the service can be inconsistent. For instance, I've received coffee cups that overflowed, making a mess both in my hand and in my car. They will fix it if you ask, but I think it would be better if they just poured the coffee into a clean cup from the start. Just a little advice!

The staff is fantastic! This is a wonderful spot for an early morning coffee or a midday drink with friends, as they offer plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors.

I worked at Starbucks for years so I have continued going there, but from now on I?m going to Peets. I noticed the people at Peets are just friendlier in general. I came in a little irritated from a situation I had to deal with, and Lucy completely turned my mood around with her genuine great character. Shes very knowledgeable about the products and was a huge help. Thanks for all that you guys do.
