Bay Laurel Culinary - Petaluma

It's 11:36pm on a Tuesday and I'm debating if I should thaw out another frozen lasagna. We just finished the last one on Sunday. That's how good the lasagna is. Dreamy, dense, flavorful, just the right amount of ingredients... so, so good. The pot pies, another win! Minestrone soup, delicious. Enchiladas, cookies.... so far everything we've ordered has been delicious! I love their frozen offerings. You can just pull something out the night before and know you don't have to worry about dinner the next day!

Thanks for the amazing family meal this week. Love tasting new flavor combos that I have not had together before. The slaw was so good. I never had slaw with dill and I think horseradish before and I can't stop eating it.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience working with Bay Laurel for our wedding. We had a 125 person outdoor wedding and the whole process from our menu tasting to our wedding day was wonderful. We had a fun and filling tasting and from there we worked on refining our menu. Chris uses all fresh, local, in-season ingredients so we were excited to work with him on our custom menu (including signature cocktails! . We had to bring in an onsite kitchen and Ciara handled this whole process. It was one less thing we had to worry about during wedding planning. On our wedding day the food was not only delicious, it was presented beautifully. We heard from many of our guests about how much they loved the food. We loved working with Chris and Ciara and would absolutely recommend them to anyone having an event in wine country.

SUCH a delicious food. All local, seasonal, and fresh. Beautifully prepared. And what’s even better is the PEOPLE behind this business. Truly thoughtful, kind, customer service-based people. I recommend them to anyone looking for catering.

I cannot say enough good things about Bay Laurel Culinary and their catering. We had them cater our wedding in May 2019 at Gundlach Bundshu for 100 people. They executed everything flawlessly. My husband is a huge foodie and they were able to exceed his high expectations. Ciara was the most amazing person to work with, answering all my emails promptly and working with us right up until the day of the wedding. Christopher is an amazing chef and made my husband very happy with the trio of compound butters, among other things. They listened to us and provided exactly what we wanted. I honestly cannot say enough good things about them and their team. I would absolutely use them again and look forward to working with them in the future!
