Starbucks (3 Damansara) - Petaling Jaya

Apparently bookings are allowed here . Managed to get a table for 6 at 6pm . Food was OK and service was a tad slow . The chirashi bowl only at tuna and slithers or what looked like squid and lots of Japanese cucumber tamago . The slice salmon was so thin.

Food was decent and service was less than attentive. Our order was missing a few items and had to be reminded. Think they need more staff.

Suggest that clearly state that 2:30pm is last order, as kitchen closes at 2:30pm, instead of signage close at 3pm. Staff told us to dine elsewhere cos we arrived around 2:40pm today

Occasionally here will fall past lunch breaks from work and I prefer this Japanese restaurant to the other in this shopping center (sushi tei.) eating is standard with all other Rakuzen chains in other shopping centers. the staff are friendly and help to explain the menu when they ask.

Waited for more than 20 mins for my food. I saw another table who came later than me got their food first. That's the biggest disappointment. Food quality is good nevertheless. Just need to improve on the manpower and the food queue including the waiting time
