Bidrage med feedbackWe ordered Hokkien Mee and Braised Yee Mee. The Hokkien Mee is ok-ok la nothing special and the Braised Yee Mee is a little salty. Fortunately the price is reasonable. We ordered 2 drinks (Sour Plum Juice and Herbal Tea) with the above food costs RM29 altogether. Parking is really limited and the road is so narrow.
Having dinner here again after 5 years. Food quality drops and service remains like last time. Should really adopt a pos system. It takes 15 mins for our turn to place order, staff was forgetful and everything was just messy. Poor food presentation, meehoon is undercooked, lala soup covered by ginger taste. The good thing is the lala portion is great, we had more than 30 lala for the small portion. And the price is affordable as well.
I've eaten here many times over the last 20+ years, and the food is great! Especially the Hokkien Mee. The lady boss still practices the old way of shouting orders to the kitchen staff. Classic! Moonlight Kuay Teow and Hokkien Mee are great and taste better than many other famous places in PJ. Tried the side dishes as well, very nice! Only one problem, they use MSG, lots of it too.
The lala soup is a must here! Those lala are really fresh and the soup is really tasty! We also ordered Hokien Mee and Yue Guang He. I prefer the yue guang he more. I felt the oyster omelette is not so dry compare to others. The service is quite fast and nice. The price is quite okay for friends and family gather together for a dinner.
We ordered the signature lala and pork mee hoon. Taste good. Nothing to complain. Reasonable price. Can be one of the item in your normal day dinner list.
