River Pub - Peshtigo

This is a great place for a stop. Circular bar, so place yourself opposite the register so it's easy to catch the bartender's eye when you need a refill. Lot's of parking, friendly ladies behind the stick. Some info calls it a bar grille, but I didn't see any sign of food. bathrooms are a bit sketchy. Lots of parking

Bartender was fun and interactive. Good atmosphere.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. We went in and waited for a drink for 15 minutes while Kelley still ignored us, no service took money and waited longer and she went back and forth ignored us. Customer service should be a zero setting and atmosphere is a zero. I really think this is disgusting behavior of a bartender whose only job is customer service. We had to go and spend our money in another bar. You need to fix your setting because you're a bartender, can't decide who you want to serve and who you don't. I can see if I came overly drunk and rejected service, but I just did with work and expected to be served and instead I got eye roles and attitude. As a bartender, it's about customer service honey and you definitely need to fix your setting. I tell all my friends and my family to go to service elsewhere.

Steve's bar is so brilliant! Great burgers around the best! Live music and even an outdoor stage.

A remarkable feature of this place is the ovular/U-Shaped Bar. While some find this to be an interesting configuration, so people are sitting around 360 degrees around the bartender, I don't like it because it allows the occasions to be unpleasant eye contact with the mosquitoes sitting above the bar of you. Good drinks and fair prices.
