Hit us the great simplicity of the place, discovered by chance through google maps. That's why we wanted to go, trust our instincts. we have not wrong, indeed, personal gains apart, it is more than objective to associate us with all those who were very well. the service was impeccable, emphasizing the great kindness of the staff who knew how to satisfy our demands in an egregious way. we have asked for 4 totally different dishes, preceded by a small bruschetta to the rustic, how dare you come down from us. from pizza, grilled sword, red meat and a first of knights to the rock, caught the day. very well! giving priority to the service of our 2 children, after 10 minutes from the command the dishes arrived. finished with a very good semi-freddd sorbet and granny limoncello. photo! the price is very honest, for getting everything fresh. and it's not always like that. So I know we're coming back and I'd like to move out of here. for the most demanding people who have reviewed in malomodo. Go elsewhere. Maybe from mcdonald. without anger. Bye.

We ate here a couple of times and loved the informality, genuine warmth this restaurant exuded. Off the main streets in the centro storico, it’s unassuming and immensely good value. We enjoyed the melanzane anti-pasta, spaghetti with mussels primi (huge portion), fritura mista, and pizzas. Mama’s limoncello thrown in both nights. Recommended!

We were lucky to manage to have takeaway pizza at this small out of the way pizzeria on their last night of the season. I'm glad we did. Crisp base, lovely fresh toppings, particularly liked the quattro formaggi! Anyone reading this will have to wait until May when they reopen. Very friendly and good value

La Lanterna is located in a cavern in the outskirts of the historical centre of Peschici. This setting makes for an interesting and intimate dining-experience. They serve the most delicious wood oven baked pizza, and also have a variety of other local dishes. The staff is kind and welcoming, and if you're lucky you will be treated with a rumba dance-off between the waitress and the chef.
