Santa Ignoranza - PESCARA

Scelta eccellente! Attratti dal nome e dalla vicinanza al nostro alloggio, abbiamo scelto questo ristorante locale per il nostro viaggio di pesca. Una varietà di sapori tipici e deliziosi arrosti di pecora ci hanno convinto della bontà della scelta. L'ambiente è accogliente e gestito con grande competenza. Da provare assolutamente!

We ate here on a mid week evening quite early for Italy (8.00 pm). We had the restaurant to ourselves at first. The food was good, well priced with very reasonable drinks. A little tucked away, it is worth seeking out.

The restaurant was a walking distance from our hotel and we decided to give it a try which turned out to be a great decision. For the whole night we were attended by a very friendly waiter who spoke good English and translated the menu for us (unfortunately, the selection was fairly limitted which was the only drawback of this place). The food itself was very good and a large portion too! We particularly enjoyed the recommended wine which was very refreshing and a value for money.

We had eaten here in the evening and decided to return for lunch when in the area. It is off the beaten track, but well worth seeking it out. On arrival it was busy with many local office workers eating- a good sign. The service was quick and the staff were pleasant and friendly. The menu included good local dishes which we enjoyed.

Small but specific menu with local Italian specialties. Very cozy atmosphere with friendly and courteous staff. I love everything we have tried cannot wait to go back and try something else!
