Fantastic discovery in Pescara! After a day of travel, delays, heat and humidity to arrive in Pescara and find that few restaurants were open (Covid combined with him a Monday we just gave up and were ready to get a supermarket sandwich. After a last Google search and a call we sat in Osteria del Pepe Nero. With a rather inconvenient exterior on a busy road, we thought it was okay, but what a leak it turned out. Tagliata Black Angus with rocket, tiny tomatoes and parmesan shaving was cooked to perfection, the mixture of flavors an absolute pleasure. In combination with rosemary roast potatoes, it was the meal I wanted, but just didn't know. My daughter had Chitarra all'Amatriciana and was also thrilled with her choice, a simple but tasteful tomato sauce with Guanciale stripe up (although she said we need to return so that she could have the tagliata for the next time! . The service was great, unfair and attentive and we were pleased that some other customers than we ate because the restaurants suffered so badly. I recommend visiting Osteria del Pepe Nero, you will definitely be glad that you have gone.

Davvero ottimo !!! Il personale è molto gentile , i piatti sono il top !! Agnello cacio e ova , pallotte , i primi , gli arrosticini , i contorni .. tutti strabuoni !!!!

Una buona ed autentica degustazione di piatti tipici abruzzesi. Dagli antipasti(ottimi ed abbondanti) ai primi piatti di pasta fresca e gli immancabili arrosticini. Salsicce e patate al forno se avete ancora appetito. Ma non dimenticatevi di assaggiare i dolci fatti dalla moglie del titolare. Con una menzione speciale per la millefoglie. Complimenti

Una fantastica scoperta a Pescara. Piatti tipici saporiti e ben cucinati. Tutto buonissimo, dall’ antipasto ai primi per arrivare ai secondi. Menzione d’onore per gli arrosticini, cotti a dovere! Proprietario e cameriera gentilissimi e cortesi, mettono a proprio agio. Ritorneremo sicuramente al prossimo viaggio a Pescara!
