I'm passionate about boiling. When I saw the roadside sign, I stopped the car and walked in. It was close by now, so I realized I wasn't served. But the waiter, kind, made me sit down. The boiled is not on the menu, so it is not given to know the price. I order immediately and after a little comes the boil with pearà apart. What strikes me is a huge carrot divided into 4, which occupies 1/2 of the dish. Below, I find 2 slices of very thin meat, and 1 slice of almost transparent tongue. Luckily there are 3 slices of cotechino! Good. Very good pearà, peppered to the right and rich in flavor. I can't pronounce on meat, but I guess it's good. Price €20! For 1 carrot and 1 pearà with cotechino! The most expensive and squeezed boil I've ever met. 2 :1 x service and 1 x it will
I stopped at lunch during the week and tried the gorgonzola dumplings and nuts, according to the frittata with onions. Both very good, with water and coffee 15 euros. Fast service.
We found ourselves by chance of passing on that road and attracted this new and modern place, we ate a very good mixed cutter, they felt the flavors, with a mixture of meat also this delicious, friendly staff, we loved it.
