The Piazza Giordano Bruno is one of those typical places where in the early evening you can enjoy Life in the company of italians. We had a Nice cool beer from the rap, and tried Some pasta from the menu card. The pasta was not home made which is exceptional in Italy and not full cooked, apparently prepared in the microwave.

Every Saturday my friends David and Patrick have lunch with me at this restaurant attached to a retirement community on the outskirts of Perugia. Claudio and Carla, who run the restaurant, are invariably warm and hospitable and deal with us as members of the family! A meal of first course only, vegetable or salad, dessert (usually fresh fruit), wine, water and cover costs a mere 7 Euros, while a second course only with same as above will run you 9 Euros. If you want both first and second courses, the cost is 12 Euros. The food is typically Umbrian, abundant and well prepared, service is prompt and cordial, and the setting is ample and inviting. You simply cannot beat this place for value received! Come and have lunch with us any Saturday!

It's Very good! This restaurant is open only for lunch, I often work in Perugia, so I go to always in the restaurant, To pay 12 € for full lunch is really cheap, the waiters are Very kind and Very fast. I recommend it also for business lunch.
