Starbucks - Feedback

Peru location. poor service with 20 min wait time! just to find out theres no hazelnut to make my coffee! 4 times in a row! sorry! but you just lost my buisness...

I absolutely love it! The aroma you experience while driving through the drive-thru is fantastic! The staff is very friendly, and the coffee is simply the best.

The prices are too high, the coffee is over-roasted, and there are too many unnecessary frills. I would much rather choose almost any other coffee shop.
