Ate here today, great food and service. $10 Giants on Tuesdays and Thursdays, we?ll be back for that offer! Philly and Bacon Ranch subs we?re both great and fresh, couldn?t beat it! Won?t be going back to Jimmy Johns or Subway now after having this!!!

I frequently go to Jersey mikes in the northern illinois area, they all have this strange problem of employing depressed 40 year olds who have no business being in customer service. They are never quite organized during a rush and they might mess up yourorder if they wrote it down correctly because the line for production is backwards.

My wife and I dined at this restaurant today and were thoroughly impressed. Despite the current challenges, everything here was well-managed. The food was delicious, and the customer service was outstanding—much better than at other similar chains. My wife was particularly struck by how clean everything was. The staff, a young man and woman, really deserve recognition. In fact, I haven't seen anyone wash their hands in front of me at a restaurant until I visited Jersey Mike's today during this virus outbreak. It was our first experience here, and we will definitely return. We enjoyed fantastic deals on $10 large subs and received excellent service. A huge thank you to the team for making our outing so pleasant. We hope you appreciate the $20 tip we left!
