Sushi Hub William Street - Perth

The restaurant was quite busy because it was Australia Day, but I received my food quickly. I even received an extra piece of chicken—ordered a three-piece box but got five pieces instead! I'm really impressed. Thank you, KFC!

The customer service was good, but unfortunately, the atmosphere and food left much to be desired. The place was overcrowded, and the tables weren't cleaned properly. Additionally, there were many birds inside, which made quite a mess.

At 8:30 p.m., the staff were bright, cheerful and respectful. KFC has been counting on food. Delivery was however somewhat slow for a quiet night 10 minutes for 2 items.

1.the chicken is over cooked, the skin on my chicken actually cut my gum inside my mouth. 2. Service- they had given us a random order, and when I had brought it back they asked me multiple times what the name of the order and what was in my order then them giving me a someone else's order !! 3. Atmosphere was nice but chaotic, tables are clean we are also in thr city so it was nice but at the same time inside the restaurant kids are vaping about to fight each other.

After a huge disappointment in Dogswamp, after a bad experience in Maylands, this KFC in cbd was a last hope but now it's official: there is NO KFC IN PERTH. The manager there seems to be the only person who working and trying to make others to work but their careless behaviors are stronger. They giving take-away bags even for dine-in because they don't have trays, they giving no napkins because they don't have them but can offer you an alcohol swabs but only if you ask. I'm not even talking about the fact that I've got potato gravy instead of potato chips because of mishearing of the teller and no cutlery to eat it. But simply look at this poor chicken and compare it to what it used to be and how it looks in commercial and on the menu:
