Soul Provider Catering - Perth

The promise of truffle aioli was enough to lure me into ordering the mac n cheese balls from the Food Truck at the Good Food and Wine show yesterday. Two balls, 1 okra, and spicy slaw was OK for $12.   I was hoping for the balls to be a little cheesier and with discernible macaroni, but they seemed more like a fried dumpling of kinds.  Tasty still, and the aioli was fantastic!  I have to admit I had food envy as I saw the chicken wings and pulled pork burgers being served up while waiting for my order.

We were lucky enough to try the chicken and sausage Gumbo $12. At the food and wine show ..Absolutely amazing, spices perfect . Would highly recommend this dish, and we are eager to try the pulled Pork.

I love a good food truck and I love pulled pork but so many places get it wrong. Soul Provider Catering is no such place, theirs is bang on. The pulled pork roll with slaw and cajun fries is absolutely delicious. The fries are really good and the pork is juicy. Top spot with great guys behind the counter! lifelovetravelfood.wordpress.com

The small menu offers pulled pork rolls, chicken wings, hush puppies, fish taco and Cajun chips.  We chose the chicken wings at $10.00 for four large and meaty wings with a descent serve of bourbon barbecue sauce.
