Heno Rey - Perth

We had dinner last night (along with our 3 children) the food was absolutely delicious! It was refreshing to see a kids’ menu with healthier options eg grilled chicken sandwich, steak both served with salad. The ceviche and octopus were our favorites!

I've been to Heno and Rey a few times now with business trips to Perth and found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere here is great for a catch-up with friends, to do some business work privately whilst enjoying a nice meal/drinks, or to have a special intimate moment with a loved one (have observed quite a few dates here, which is wonderful to see). The noise level can pick up a bit at times, being so close to the theatre and plenty of events in town, but that just adds to the fun. Service is great, food is terrific and there is so much to choose from for drinks you may not know where to start. Be sure to check out Heno and Rey, you'll be glad that you did.

Service terrible. Didn’t welcome us on arrival, the 4 of us stood bar waiting whilst 6 staff did their own tasks behind the bar, none of them acknowledging our arrival. No offer of second drink and the empty wine glasses left on table until we left. Asked for more water 3 times. Asked for bill twice. Left dirty plates on table even when we asked for dessert menu and when we ordered dessert and when dessert arrived they finally cleared the table to make room for the dessert plates. Very terrible service. Didn’t feel welcome. Food and atmosphere great and location fab next to His Majestys. Our party of 4 won’t return.

Great food service, loved that staff were knowledgeable about the food however more attention towards drinks service (checking if/when we needed drinks) would be beneficial for both customer and bottom line

Loved it..cant wait to go back. The food, ambience and drinks were wonderful.
