Bidrage med feedbackFinished work and I had decided on the way to work on the morning so to try it out, it wqs near closing time so that the menu would be limited. ordered the tempura udon, casue that they did not have soba noodles, noodles were...Blande, sauce was exaggerated and tasted just like salt in water. the tempoura was very nice, crispy outside and soft inside, battery was lighted and fluffy. ordered an aal sushi that was very beautiful, very fresh and declious. also order as part of a meal for extra to serve spicy carage and drink. I didn't notice the karage, the teig wasn't excessively thick and had beautiful aromen. wouls recommend to return.
We are residents of Perth who enjoy Japanese food and have visited this café multiple times. We highly recommend it for its affordable and fresh meals. The service is excellent, you can bring your own alcohol, and there is a bottle shop conveniently located next door.
I like repeated visits in some restaurants as it helps me to find that the quality is consistent. here the rabe never disappointed me. this time with tried the spicy tsukumen (the smokers are served dry with the suppe separated). it came with the chashu, bambus shoot and tasteful egg, and we also had the tonkotsu wheels. we chose the meal that was extra, gave us a selection of drinks and a choice between rice or gyoza or salat. since there were two meal times among us three, we had an salate and serve the gyozas. I had the gyozas before and can testify to the quality and taste. the filling was plentiful and the skin was not too thick. the salat was fresh and contain edamame borons that I particularly enjoy. if they are not part of the excessively spicy suppe, they might want to decide for the miso tsukumen. I did not find the spicy version overwhelming. here they can also get bentomehle, sushi and sashimi. the service is still efficient and friendly. near you are multi-storey parking and credit cards accepted.
It wasn't as good as last time. ramen is okay. very simply nothing exciting. hours are good. open for nao and bari uma are
We tried the tonkotsu and spicy ramen, along with a serving of three pork gyozas and a drink for an extra charge. Rice or salad could have been substituted for the gyozas, and there was a small selection of beverages available. The ramen broth was flavorful without being overly salty, and we especially enjoyed the added texture from the cabbage slices. While not as thick as some other places, the broth still had plenty of depth and flavor. The chashu (pork belly) and egg were cooked perfectly and added great taste to the dish. The gyozas were a standout choice, with a perfect ratio of skin to pork filling and served with a delicious slightly sweet chili oil sauce. Overall, it was our first visit to Freshmade Japanese Cafe, but it certainly won't be our last.
