Great little spot! I had their rice paper rolls $5.20 or something for two rolls witch chicken and prawn. Very tasty! Not hard at all as I had previously experienced at rolld across the road. I will be back to try the Bahn mi!

TRACEY recommended me to buy my lunch - she said that their banh mi is really really good. And so I went. And so I agreed. Staffs are friendly and the meal is prepared super quick as they only need to assemble. Ordered the pork banh mi. Taste not too bad, love the ingredient and the sweet sauce they use. The pork meat is a bit hard and lack the juiciness of a freah meat. Price is average, portion is barely enough for one serving. Nonetheless I still enjoy the lunch and would want a second!
