I had a great experience at this restaurant. The Staff was friendly and helpful as I selected my ice cream. The flavors were amazing and the quality was top-notch. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I have never had a negative experience at this restaurant. It is now under new management and has been renovated. The app they use sometimes works and sometimes doesn't, but I cannot fault the food options available.

We had excellent service from the woman working at the store today! Lucy was very friendly and encouraged us to sample the various flavors at our own pace. Her customer service was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there, as well as the delicious ice cream.

I ordered a Brookie Mud Pie and what I received was a totally different cake with smarties and sprinkles, along side the smallest portion of ice cream I’ve ever seen. $16 for this garbage. Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

I’ve encountered a lot of staff in my time, but this one takes the cake for being the rudest I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve never experienced anything like it in my life. I’ve been a regular here, but after today’s encounter, I doubt I’ll be coming back again. If she doesn’t want to work, she might as well not be there. I don’t understand why she has to be so unfriendly and wear such a sour expression while serving customers. I approached her politely and didn’t even order anything off the special menu. Not that I would’ve wanted to, with the way she looked at me. Please let her know, thanks to her, this was one of the worst nights I’ve had. If she keeps up that attitude every day at work, I can’t imagine she’ll be any happier either. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
