Baskin Robbins - Perth

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The Staff was friendly and helpful as I selected my ice cream. The flavors were amazing and the quality was top-notch. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I have never had a negative experience at this restaurant. It is now under new management and has been renovated. The app they use sometimes works and sometimes doesn't, but I cannot fault the food options available.

We had excellent service from the woman working at the store today! Lucy was very friendly and encouraged us to sample the various flavors at our own pace. Her customer service was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there, as well as the delicious ice cream.

Would definitely not recommend this place. the advertised price for the Sunday we have ordered was $10.90 when it was time to pay, we were told him $13.90 when we asked this, they said that they have not updated yet, and when we were asked it further, we were told by the workers that baskin robbins were in one and men who come deserved to be demolished. I was a bit taken back from this answer and I asked for the name of the girl, but she refused.

Owner of this load is simply rude. they advised junior staff to customers because they regularly draw in a sundae instead of child size. they then took care of it, stopped everything and gave the new employee the blame. they are constantly advertising for the personal, and I assume that the lack of retention is because this woman is simply terrible. it clearly cuts sizes to save money, and cannot even be harassed to get the phone when it serves people (or shouts at their personal). I can see if she's here before she goes in, because it's so much more pleasant without her, but unfortunately she hides herself from the back and cries on her personal.
