Mcdonald's - Feedback

It turned up without napkins or a straw and the order was not what I wanted

Ordered at 10.30 received food at 11.10 but was cold ,so not sure where it has been sitting ,

Was given wrong order, I got a basic cheese burger and chips instead of what I ordered

When i was drinking my mango and pineapple smoothie i found a nail in it and my friends food took 30 minutes to come
