Cafe Biba - Perth Kinross

Casual small place for eating and hot drinks. we have coffee, tee and a spectacular chocolate king. they had a good choice of tray bakers and more menus with other foods, very cheap. they offered the dog a drink, even though we were there for the take, which was nice. it seemed to be many spots to sit for a quiet chat. the staff was very friendly and, as so many companies are nowadays, very busy and busy to maintain. we got our drinks very quickly anyway, which we appreciated very much. expect a casual, comfortable environment with homemade tasty and local who enjoy the relaxed space.

I and my grandfather have visited this wonderful facility for 20 years and the staff are beautiful and helpful. my favorite is the thunfish melt with wedge. eating is always delicious and the service is top cook

Friendly efficient staff, good selection of meals on the menu that contain a lot of pancake dishes. the whole day breakfast was really good and very full. the prices are reasonable. the caffe is kept clean and tables very quickly deleted, which is a bonus. if something I would say is a bit more lighting on the back of the café seat, apart from being worth a visit.

Good value for money. I had a toastie, it was lovely. My grandson had a kids macaroni and chips. Big portion for kids. You could split it between two. Good for q quick snack or lunch.

I ordered the Philly cheese steak Panini, but it was missing the mushrooms as advertised on the menu. There was a lot more cheese than actual filling, but it was still tasty. My friend ordered the pancakes, which were advertised as a specialty of the cafe, but they were lacking in bacon, syrup, and size. We also tried the milkshakes, which were supposed to be a highlight of the cafe, but were not impressive. Overall, the restaurant was average at best. Don't expect anything exceptional when dining here.
