Winter Hall at The Rechabite

Service was a bit chaotic. many employees, but bad organization. we asked for a table-down stairs and were told that they were all booked, but it was already 30 min above the holding time. two hours later they were still empty. what was really terrible was that they started to pull the tables and move them while the people still eat. what was this about? certainly not customer focus. I had heard a lot of what a beautiful building it was, but I thought the winter space hidden all the beautiful old features and was like a prisoner with its caged flats. eating was ok. Asian in style, but pretty good. the toilets are absolutely stank. they are disgusting and completely unacceptable. less hurry and more customer focus. they free themselves from these stupid silver sprayed Christmas trees hanging up like a sad game of thronkorpsen.

Highly recommended, so a cool venue with trendy staff and atmosphere.

Great value, great service, tasty food and big vibe

Eating was great and good. the service was fast. our only problem was that we were told when we arrived that we would have to release the table after an hour for an event; our confirmation email however said 2 hours and no alternative text/email was received with any updates. it was quite disappointing to be greeted in this way and there was a damper on the time we had there when we hurried.

I booked a table for 20 and you were unable to provide the food we paid for. The food was refunded but the failure to feed the group of 20 ruined my birthday gathering. Not impressed, won’t be back.
