Tim Hortons - Perth

Your average Tim’s, with good coffee and equally good decaf. Friendly and fast service. All in all, no surprises, and all good.

Went tim in perth scotland as it was nearest place in retail park. Omg what a waste money better off going to costa other end of retail part placed order. Waited waited. Then seen it sitting on counter waited then got it.. Cold. Ordered bacon egg muffin.. GOT BACON. Well fat off bacon egg that looked like re heat and cheese didnt ask for cheese had to scrap cheese off. Tuna melt was so greesey unreel. Coffee was ok donut plain could off done wee bit longer cook. One person should be doing drive throu one doing take away rest do in doors.

Pulled in here for a breakfast break and as usual the food was great and the staff was wonderful., never hesitate going here.

The Tim Hortons in Perth is consistently understaffed in the evenings and sometimes even closed. This seems to be a widespread issue, but the Perth location is particularly bad. It makes me question if the problem lies with the owner or management. In contrast, the Tim Hortons in nearby towns like Smiths Falls and Carleton Place always have adequate staff and are open 24/7. It's frustrating to encounter closed drive-thrus or the store being closed altogether in Perth. I recommend avoiding the Perth location, especially in the evenings. It's a waste of time. Perhaps the labor market is scarce in Perth, or maybe the issue is with how employees are treated. It might be more cost-effective to pay people fairly and keep the business running smoothly. I suggest considering a change in management or ownership for the Perth location. As a long-time resident of Perth, I hope to see improvements soon.

Slow, yawning staff taking orders, the en stood around doing nothing while bagels être sd gladly being made. 6ppl in line waiting for coffee behind bagel order. Frustrating when all I want was my coffee. Then when i asked for it, i was treated disrespectfully. Won't go back, gore st albeit busier, i will go there.
