This place is a gluten-free paradise! It's a bakery that offers a variety of gluten-free baked goods and mixes. They also serve sandwiches on freshly baked gluten-free buns. The bread here actually tastes like real bread! Their ginger cookies are amazing, and my husband raved about the chocolate chip cookies. The bakery is conveniently located near Highway 7 in Perth, behind the brewery. It's a must-visit if you're in the area.

This small bakery, located off the highway, is a hidden gem! It is the only dedicated gluten-free bakery I have come across in Ontario that is also GMO-free and corn-free. Their products are incredibly delicious and their name, Purest, truly reflects their commitment to providing high-quality gluten-free options. Not only do they avoid gluten, but they also steer clear of ingredients like GMO corn. Their bread is exceptionally light and fluffy, and their pies and cookies are simply delicious. I do wish they would consider using stevia to make some sugar-free products as well. Whether you have celiac disease or not, you will appreciate the baking at Purest. I only wish they had later opening hours so I could visit more frequently. In my experience, this is the best gluten-free bakery in Ontario. I haven't found any evidence to support the claim that it's the best in Canada, but it very well could be.

The restaurant offers a variety of gluten-free products, including great bread and delicious rolls. I particularly enjoy the raisin bread. In addition to tasty cookies and desserts, they also offer various flours for baking at home and prepared frozen foods to-go. Their lunch sandwiches, made on a roll with fillings overflowing, are especially popular. I recommend trying the egg or tuna sandwich. The staff is hardworking and friendly.

The food here is excellent. They also sell many of the mixes and ingredients used in their products in the store and online. I've made the ginger cookies and the shortbread, which were easy to make and tasted delicious. My favourite is the sliced garlic cheese bread.

Great bread and delicious rolls. I love the raisin bread. This place has only products that have no gluten. Wonderful little cookies and desserts, various flour for your own baking, and frozen foods all prepared to take out.They make a a great lunch sandwich which they do on a roll, with the filling spilling over the edge. Very delicious egg or tuna. Many more choices, but those are my favourite two.Super staff....hardworking and always pleasant.
