Amy's Downtown Diner - Perry

The menu may be somewhat limited, but the dishes I've tried are excellent. The space is small, resulting in limited seating, but the staff is attentive and caring. Food: 4/5.

My Southern omelette looked appealing, but it was filled with a concerning amount of raw sausage, making it unsafe to eat. I had to send it back. Since the omelette was now unappetizing, I requested scrambled eggs and bacon instead. What I received was two pieces of bacon with a terrible cardboard texture and the driest, least appetizing eggs. It certainly wasn't worth the $7.99. The server didn't come to check on my second breakfast, but perhaps she was aware of how disappointing it was.

Charming little diner in the quaint town of Perry (located east of Lansing, just south of I-69). They cheerfully took my order and accommodated my Sally Albright-level requests (just like Meg Ryan's character in When Harry Met Sally). The food was delicious, and the prices were quite reasonable. As always, Amy’s is the BEST diner around. We drive 30 minutes regularly to eat there. Southern omelette add green peppers and French toast is supreme. Love these guys!

Small place but very good food. Limited number of tables, may need to wait. I have eaten here several times and the food has always been GREAT. Try a cinnamon roll, they are phenomenal!Food: 5/5
