Went there the other day about an hour before they where set to close and it was an ghost town. So I expected the service to be rather quick as I had placed an Mobile order and live pretty close to that KFC. When I got there I expected my order to be ready but it appeared that my order wasn't even started! Finally after about 6 minutes of standing near the register a cashier asks what do I need to which I replied picking up a mobile order and I said my name the order was under. After that they appeared to be scrambling around to get the order ready, and after waiting an additional 15-20 minutes my order was ready. Not to mention they where struggling to make biscuits?? So they asked if I wanted to substitute it for something else, and I said I guess so and got an extra small Fry which I actually did not mind at all. The manager appeared to be clueless on the deals they had and didn't understand why so many people where ordering their saucy nuggets when the KFC app literally has a deal where if you spend $10+ you get a FREE 10pc order of Saucy nuggets. And their was one particular employee that had very bad manners and was quite disrespectful to say the least. I kept hearing him say where do all these people come from and complaining about the job in general. Mind you there was only 2 customers inside and 1 drive through customer outside.... He also kept pacing around the store instead of taking orders or making food which made me feel quite uncomfortable to say the least. They also LOCKED the doors while there where customers STILL INSIDE THE STORE! Mind you the store closes at 10 PM not 9:20 PM ! If this store can't handle being open for the 2-3 customers they get a day then go ahead and shut the place down! I'm pretty sure locking the doors while customers is still inside is a safety violation and fire code violation. I gave this location 3 chances to improve themselves and they have disappointed me each time. I heavily suggest not coming to this location and choosing the McDonalds right next to it, the employees there are much faster and far more friendly as well. I'd rate this 0 stars if it was possible. And another thing once I got my food they said dining room is closed? But yet there is 0 sign up that says that?
I did a mobile order. I bought a 12pc orginal chicken,2 large mashed potatoes gravy,1 lager Mac Cheese, 1 large coleslaw, 4 biscuits and 10 apple pie poppers. It said my total was $51 and change. Upon arrival I told the employee who was working at the register Lonnie) that I was there for my mobile order. Lonnie asked the name and I gave my name. Lonnie said asked was it 12pc dark meat. I told him no ,orginal white meat chicken. Lonnie then boxed up the chicken to give to me. I told him that my order had more then just a 12pc chicken. Lonnie said no you didn 't. I said , you really this a 12 pieces of chicken is $51 and change? Lonnie then said, You ordered wrong! I told him I didn 't order wrong because it showed on my mobile order what I ordered and paid. Lonnie was being very confrontational and very argumentative. When I was arguing with Lonnie what I paid for and ordered, Lonnie was acting hostile and said I am not giving you it. I said, Liike hell you 're aren 't! I said , You don 't take a order,take the money then refuse to give what was ordered and paid for! Lonnie said, I will refund your money! I told him no,I wanted what I order and paid for. At this point I asked for his manager and Lonnie told me he was the manager. I then said I wanted cooperate number! Lonnie then made the comment that I was then doing too much . Then I really became angry. At this time a women was coming near the front counter and Lonnie said the woman to make me leave. I ask then woman was she the manager and she said she was. When I was telling her what had happen Lonnie continued to be conformation and argumentative. The manager didn 't make Lonnie leave the front counter like she should have to defuse the situation for some time of arguing. Finally the manager finally gave the other items that we paid for. I would also like to mention Lonnie said they would refund my money being he said he wasn 't going to give me what I paid and ordered. On your front door it clearly states No Refunds but you would make it right. Lonnie lied intentionally about giving a refund and had I not read your policy ,I would have out of my food and money. Your employee was dead wrong with his actions in this matter and your manager should have made her employee leave the front counter to defuse the situation! I will never ever support your business again due to this incident! I say the food was hot and decent once my order was finally given to me. I wasn 't the only customer that had issues in your restaurant during the time I was there ! There was a man who waited for 45 mins for his order,another man 's order was wrong,etc. So if this keeps happening , I promise you that you will go out of business because customers aren 't going to tolerate this kind of behavior from your employee !
Worst KFC I’ve ever been to. They take so damn long to make your food, then your order is always messed up. Employees don’t greet customers when they walk in. I stood in like well over 5 minutes before even being acknowledged.
This place must have an abundance of thighs because the drive-thru continues to give me a thigh. You can tell anything but a thigh and a thigh is in the box. Even when I am specific with what chicken parts i'd like, a thigh will appear. I've taken it back before but the cashier did not give me a receipt. I will be a while before I go back. If I do, I'll open my box at the window and get a receipt.
