Sooners Corner (i-35 Exit 185) - Perry

Food was excellent wish I had time for their Fri night crab legs

I have been going to Sooners for years. Normally I would give the food a 5 but the last time we ate there it was so so. They are a great establishment.

If you’re familiar with mom and pop diners of the south, and you’re passing through Perry during breakfast hours… Stop here. Food is great, service is always with a smile, and you’ll definitely get caught up on what’s going on in this illustrious town just from overhearing the conversations of the kind townsfolk.

Old school truck stop dinner run and worked by a family. Steak and eggs were excellent!! They also offer a frequent guest card for truckers. I will definitely return.

Amazing restaurant. We came on Steak night and ordered the 12oz ribeye which came with 1 side, a roll, and access to the salad bar. Everything was to our liking. sadly we were starving and forgot to take pics if the main dishes) I also ordered a slice of homemade apple pie a la mode and was able to snap a pic after the first bite. Would definitely recommend and if I ever come through this way again, I will surely revisit. Parking: Ample parking as the restaurant is next to a gas station. We parked near multiple 18wheelers and there was still a ton of room.
