I couldn't eat here unfortunately because it's Monday. However, I still trust the place since I've seen the menu and the photos. As a chef, I can say that everything looks excellent. I know how challenging it is to run a restaurant, especially in Bulgaria. Restaurateurs who do a good job are heroes. There are many sacrifices involved, and only superficial people fail to see them. I also trust my friend Mariangela Parisi, a true food lover, and if she endorses this place, I'm on board. To those who complain, I encourage them to appreciate the efforts of those trying to offer extraordinary cuisine. Good luck!
