I first visited these sweets and therefore first frightened the prizes, but then I decided to take a cake and believe I didn't regret it.

I have to say immediately that the most delicious eclairs are made in perm in this sweetware, which is why we have stopped today with my friends from the Creamdo container prisoners! but the impression of the service blocks everyone wishing to visit this bakery in the future! it were three of us. I knew immediately that I took my favorites and started placing an order, the rest was selected from the windows. the salesman told me five times! while I opened a personal account of public services to show the Qar code that they would not return the money to us if we did not provide the Qar code. she saw that the phone was hanging, but her mouth was not closed, she continued all the time to threaten that the money would not be returned! although I first said we had everything, but that didn't calm her at all. while the girls decided other buyers stood up for me. I ordered two. but they gave me no second cup without second Qar code. the girl was so aggressive! I haven't seen such rude behavior for a long time! I understand the rules! Nobody wanted to break! but so tactless, lack of restraint and very vicious service! When they put the tee, I turned the kettle around the handle, the salesman shouted! She burned that I burned her hand with a teekanne, that I almost dropped that teekanne myself! the mood was spoiled and we are here with intention! in general the staff should be sent to the zone! it's a shame that in such a beautiful bakery, such an rude and boorish staff!

Hello! I want to leave a review about this establishment. We really like this cafe. Very cozy atmosphere, clean, neat. Huge selection of desserts, at average prices. Excellent, responsive staff. I give it 5 stars.

Upon receipt of the ordered cake, it turned out that the pastry shop was missing the proper packaging material. Slowly, a box of thin cardboard was assembled, which instantly got wet under the snow and rain and lost its shape. When asked about the package, the cashier answered with displeasure that there were no packages. I believe that with the cakes set in the confectionery price, proper packaging material should be provided for transporting the product without losing its consumer properties. I do not recommend this place.
