Irresponsible to be open during lunch hour while so understaffed. We arrived at 11:30AM for lunch, by 1 PM food had not arrived to the table even after requesting take out service because my office had to get back to work. The atmosphere was stressful and chaotic because the workers were stretched thin and the manager was being overworked. I do not blame the staff, it is clearly an issue of policy. The food is okay, after I've had to reheat it in a toaster oven.

Steaks were way over seasoned. Rice was undercooked. Lobster came with no garlic butter. Your cooks suck.

We’re in Sandusky to go to Cedar Point for my youngest daughter’s birthday. She wanted crab legs and the only place we found them was here. Of the patrons that came was my wife, my mother, sister and some other members of our family. Once in the establishment, we were denied seating by not one, but two waiters (we heard one of the servers literally say she’s not serving us to the hostesses). It made us feel completely unwelcome and embarrassed. We were literally walking out the door until a nice waiter name Jonathan came and said he’ll seat us. Even though he tried to rectify the situation (kudos to him), we still didn’t want to be in this establishment anymore… nothing towards Jonathan whatsoever, but my daughter really wanted crab legs. As someone who has been apart of world renowned companies known for their customer service, this initial interaction was extremely unprofessional disheartening. After a day of fun and thrills, this is how it ended. We will not be back! Also, thank you Jonathan for the wonderful service!

Definitely do not recommend. Wasted money! Slow service and it wasn’t even busy. Lack of refills or even biscuits brought to us. No seasoning on fries as it was supposed to have to have a lil spice. Shrimp was dry and not great. Disappointed. I truly wish I never spent money here. Hard earned money down the drain.

We showed up at 6:37, restaurant pretty much empty. Took 20 minutes for them to take our drink order and another 15 for them to bring it out to us. Didn't get our food until we had been there well over an hour, maybe an hour and a half. Server was very nice, but food was subpar and took FOREVER to get to us. I asked for a fully loaded baked potato and they took the bacon and jalepeño off, so it was just cheese and sour cream? My boyfriend got the Cajun chicken Alfredo and it was drier than hardtack.
