Ambrosia Restaurante - Pereira

I was fortunate enough to have dinner there on my last night in Pereira and I recommend it highly. The food and the service were excellent and I wish I would have tried it sooner as I would have gone there more than once. I recommend you give it a try if you are in the area!

The ambiance is great, servers are very attentive and know the dishes very well! We had the arroz cremos de la montaña and the risotto was cooked perfect we also tried the brazuelo de cerdo and WOW WOW WOW...yes 3 wow amazing fall off the bone, full of flavor, melt in your mouth, veggies cooked perfect nice and crisp. truly a dish you cant miss!

While we didn't have time to sample the entire menu, I will say the filet mignon and fresh salmon were most impressive. Executive Chef Aly Torres has the reputation in Pereira as the most creative and talented chef in the region. He did not fail to deliver.

Chef Aly Torres does not disappoint..all dishes come out spot on in flavor and creativity..Ambrosia is a vibrant 1st class restaurant with superb service..we will be back for more!!..BRAVO CHEF TORRES and AMBROSIA STAFF
