I always enjoy getting a coffee and breakfast from Essential Grain Bakery. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating nothing is too much trouble for them. The coffee is great, and the toasties and pastries are delicious. Thanks to all the staff and bakers keep up the great work :

I usually don't do the review thing due to being in Hospitality industry, knowing full well how toxic they can be. However! After years of **** service and RUDENESS I personally will never be back in there. Having a premium product on offer requires a level of class and sophistication that just seems to be lost on the owner. This bleeds out to the staff as well. Why have an outlet like this if your going to just treat your customers in such a way that your going to alienate the ENTIRE suburb. Pretty much everyone I talk to in this industry and outside of it as well agree...

Noticed a lot of negative reviews but mine is very positive. This shopping area is tucked away and surrounded by hundreds of big new houses which obviously keep the many businesses going.While I live not far away I rarely visit but after seeing a specialist Doctor in this shopping Centre, the thing I needed most was a good Coffee. I was not disappointed. A lovely clean establishment, friendly smiling staff, my coffee a flat soy white was terrific. Perfect temperature and en excellent deep flavour of coffee and I also had a mixed fruit tart which was very good especially the pastry.They also had newspapers to read for the old people he he like me 66 . All in all a really nice 30 minutes or so. Will return soon.Unless you are passing by the enormous housing estate, this shopping centre wont be spotted but very well worth a visit.
