Gustav's - Peppermint Grove

Incred lunch at gustavs!! Highly recommend!! We ordered the Dhal and the tomato bruschetta with avocado. So much flavour and very generous portion sizes for such a decent price. BRAVO

Suburban Warmth Done Right. Came here for a bit of Sunday brunch and loved it. The place was bohemian cool, the service friendly and welcoming, the coffee fantastic (though a little on the small side and the food delicious a very reasonably priced. My only two gripes; $5 for a side of chorizo which comprised of a mere four slices...really?!? And surely a 45 minute wait for essentially three plates of poached eggs with spinach, salmon and toast is a little too much (or perhaps warrants a complimentary coffee for patient parents with three ravenous children? ?? Nevertheless, we will probably be back for coffee and cake (or something which requires no cooking .

Great!!! although.... Gustav's is such a great find! Hidden down an alley way, the cafe is secluded and cosy. As for the food, I would have to say that it's probably the best in the area as there's not a lot around like it and it is always fresh and tasty. My onlyyyyy criticism is the amount of time it takes for the food to come out : I know they are relatively new therefore still finding there way as a cafe however a 40 minute wait for food when there are only a few people in the cafe is not ideal : Even though the food is worth the wait . I do hope they recognise this and do something about it because I would go there a lot more often if I didn't have to wait as long : All in all, its a cool little place!!

Great food/great service/great prices/great venue/love it!

The food here is incredible! I always leave feeling satisfied, and everything not only tastes fantastic but also looks stunning. Additionally, they serve the best coffee I've had in Perth! I would give it 5 stars for such great value.
