I had a bad experience, i ordered from there today, i did a pick up. They gave me the wrong sub, even though the receipt had my name and my order on it, but the sub was wrong size and actual wrong ingredients. Having been a supporter to fhkd franchise for years and having this experience does not make me feel better about my next service. Service: Take out

I liked what I ordered. The detail is that the young man who attended me was patient with me and that is an additional point to say that the service was good.

I had the worst service I've ever experienced at a chain restaurant during my visit to this Subway. I found myself repeating myself 3 to 5 times whenever I spoke. The employee seemed distracted, preoccupied with a conversation with what appeared to be a manager. I requested that my chicken bacon be warmed up twice, as it usually isn't heated enough, but my sandwich was still very cold. I left feeling extremely disappointed with the entire experience.
