Wendy's - Peoria

The food is fine but this is the only Wendy?s that I?ve seen that will only service one car in the drive thru at a time no matter how many cars are in line. Absolutely ridiculous. The line is not backed up to the speaker yet nobody is able to order.

I know what you're thinking... Fast food with a 5-star rating... come on? Well, this location has always had fresh French Fries and made to order burgers that taste fresh. But the best part is the wonderful charisma of the elderly lady at the drive thru. Don't know her name, but she has always been super friendly, funny, and a genuine pleasure to speak with when at the window. She reminds me of a grandma you wish was yours. Kudos!

Going on 1 hour of sitting in the drive thru. Do not go through the drive thru at this place. I'm watching 3 workers horse around in the back. Mmmmm. .and the fries were cold

The chicken nuggets and regular fries were OK. The burger and Baconator fries were outright disgusting. Man, Wendy's has hit the quality skids.

SIT IN LINE FOR 10 MINS, LINE IS MOE 8 cars deep, one car at the window with a SIMPLE order and the only thing they had to say once to the speaker was please wait....15 minutes later I decide I am not waiting any longer and proceed to pull out. The girl behind the window decided it would be a good idea to curse and flip me off because I pulled through and didnt order. Disgraceful, inappropriate and down right rude! Absolutely shameful! There is no coaching with the hopes of improvement! She should be FIRED!
