Sushi Gawa - Peoria

Best sushi in Peoria! I've tried sushi in both Phoenix and Chicago, and this is just as good as anything I've had there. My family and I shared Mango Rolls, Fried California Rolls, Shrimp Tempura Rolls, and Tuna Cream Cheese Rolls, all made with top-quality seafood and tuna. The ambiance features a classic Japanese feel—it's clean and well-maintained. The service is outstanding—quick, friendly, and attentive, with timely drink refills. Overall, it exceeded my expectations!

This was my first time dining here, and I called in for takeout. By far, this is my favorite restaurant! It's the best in Peoria. The service was excellent, and I was greeted with a warm, gentle smile. Once I got home, I found every bite was worth it. I will definitely be back!

This is definitely my favorite sushi restaurant! We enjoy going there because of the extensive menu. As strange as it may sound, the Pink Lady roll is simply delicious, as is the 007 roll. It's a good idea to order two or three different rolls to create a nice variety on the plate. One thing I do wish they offered is Teppanyaki; I would love to see more grilled vegetable options (without noodles). Although the noodles and vegetables are tasty together. Overall, it's a fantastic restaurant with excellent service! Always a pleasure to visit!

My family has enjoyed Sushigawa for years. We travel a great deal and have never found better sushi on either coast or anywhere in between. We love the visit our serving friends while eating in the restaurant, but due to COVID we have relied on their prompt carry out. Sushigawa is our favorite restaurant!

The way you order is different, they give you a pen and you mark what u want on the menu and hand the waitress your menu.
