These young employees deserve a fair chance! My son was never late, took other shifts, and genuinely tried his best. Nevertheless, the manager claimed there was a complaint about his speed and decided to fire him. It’s so frustrating. After working with someone for six weeks and even sending them to training, wouldn’t it make more sense to invest a little extra effort to help them improve and succeed? Apparently not for Subway, which seems to prefer cycling through a constant stream of young, inexperienced workers. To make matters worse, she waited until the end of his shift, after he had worked hard, to let him go. Truly disappointing!
