Bidrage med feedbackI believe we get charged for caramel drizzle, unfortunately I didn?t get it today, I?ve tried calling all day to let them know, but they don?t answer their phone. I?m not mad, I just don?t think it?s fair that we pay for an extra item and we don?t get it, that?s what matters. I get the caramel because it gives my drink a different taste that I like better than without. I didn?t even drink my drink due to me not liking the taste. I would of gone back but I was on my way to work 9:26am and I went in 9:30-9:30 so I couldn?t even go when I get out. ????
I love this Starbucks . The employees are amazing..I don't know the lady's name that normally serves me she is there most mornings at 5am she has blonde hair and is always so happy ,she always remembers my order and makes it perfect. I was sad this morning I couldn't order the pink drink so I ordered the dragon fruit it was the only choice and she new what I really wanted and made it perfect . Plus she let me know my headlight was out by leaving me a note she is amazing . She definitely deserve a raise it's the little things that let you know your employees honestly care.
This is by far the worse Starbucks I?ve been to. They don?t care about the customers. Every time I go in there I get a drink I didn?t want after waiting about 20 minutes for my drink. It?s extremely annoying. They need to work on accuracy and stop trying to get us out the door so fast .
I come into this location as a vet tech almost every morning when I work and they make my drink the best I?ve ever had it at any location. Lauryn is kind and today when I ordered something (my fault. I didn?t like, she replaced it and was so polite about it. Thanks for making my morning every day before my long shifts it means a lot ????
I went in through drive through today, got a passion tea and it?s always great but today it tasted a bit different a little old/stale I went back around and they were so kind to remake it they said they had brewed a whole new tea since they have it in dispensers they?re always super busy so it?s probably easy to loose track of the small stuff but the gal in drive thru was so sweet! She even asked me to try it before I went and I compared the old with the new and huge difference I gave her the old one and she was kind enough to toss it for me so I can make room in my drink holders in my car. Thank you for the remake guys, I appreciate it you guys are great :
