Rubio's - Peoria

I was here a few times and I wasn't disappointed yet. The shrimp tacos are the best we had, although we tried the lobster when it was very special and it was only moderate. IMHO, I think the Mexican maize street taco and Verde shrimp taco plates are the best on the menu. The ingredients are always fresh and the plates are a solid value. The beans look like a large bathroom for the chips!

The food presentation was very good and delicious. There is a young girl, her name skips me right now, but her service and attention to detail were 5 stars. If they work more like them in the food industry, I could say that there is light at the other end of the tunnel. Her work ethics were clearly demonstrated and she was proud of her work. Good job!

Restaurant was quiet and clean. The food was very good. I had the shrimp Burrito with extra chipotle sauce. Delicious. It's like a fresh chip with seafood. Outer seats in the shadow were also a plus!
