Golden Kitchen - Peoria

Went there with my two sisters on January 13. The food was delicious and very reasonable. The lady behind the counter was courteous and very efficient. While the restaurant is small with only six or eight tables, the to go orders were clear out the door! We will definitely be back!

Asked for warm drinking water, but they gave hot boiling water that burnt my mouth. I ordered Orange chicken, which was very hard to chew, wont recommend trying this place. They gave very fragile plastic forks to eat rice and chicken. The chicken was so hard that it wasn't possible to use fork, and how can one eat rice with fork? When I asked for a stronger silverware, they gave me another fragile plastic fork. I again asked for a spoon, and luckily, they had one small plastic spoon. Would never … – show

Whenever I'm craving Chinese food, 100% always choosing here. They went on vacation for a month and the shop was temporarily closed, but I still could not even think to go any place else. General Tso Sesame Chicken, any Lo Mein and/or fried rice is my go-to order. Wonderful and friendly service and always familiar faces. Some of the containers they use for chicken are great for reusable Tupperware!

Love Golden Kitchen! Orders are always prepared and ready quickly. You receive plenty of food for the cost. The home made crab ragoons are the best in Peoria. I definitely recommend Golden Kitchen if you are craving Chinese food. Awesome service every time!

We had 4 different dinners to share, The Peanut Butter Chicken, Hunan beef, Mongolian Beef and The Happy Family. We also had egg rolls and crab ragoon. We were extremely happy with everything! Not one complaint from anyone! We all decided The Golden Kitchen would be our go to Chinese restaurant from now on!
