Firebirds Wood Fired Grill - Peoria

It was our first time at Firebirds and it was really good! I have a hard time finding places with prime rib that is a good portion and flavor and luckily it had both and wasn't ridiculously priced either. Also the 3 courses thing for $40 is a great deal as well.

We came here to celebrate our anniversary and it was a memorable experience!! John was our server and made us feel welcomed and made our celebration special! After our meal they brought out a complimentary dessert with a card signed by the head chef, John, and other staff that said “Happy Anniversary”. It was a complete surprise and made our night. For my first time here it was great! Highly recommended!

Service was good. We both had the Salmon, grilled, with Key Lime butter. Delicious. Portion size was also good. They provided cheesecake for our anniversary. So light and also very delicious. Will definitely return.

My sister and I ate here for restaurant week. We started with Caesar salads, I had the prime rib with a loaded, baked potato, and she had the New York strip with mashed potatoes. We both had crème brûlée cheesecake for dessert. Ken was our server. The restaurant was extremely busy with many people waiting, so I recommend reservations. All of the food we ate was delicious and our service was Attentive but not overbearing.

Food was solid. Pleasantly surprised to be able to order the fried spinach, from back in the early days. Table attendant was great. Man that was at the host desk was slow and disorganized. Very good deal on the BBQ Rib meal at $19.99!
