Firebirds Wood Fired Grill - Peoria

I have been a loyal customer of Firebirds for years, yet I have never written a review until now. The ambiance is pleasant and the restaurant is always bustling with patrons. The curbside service is efficient, and they also offer a lovely terrace for outdoor dining. The menu is extensive and every dish is delicious. Some of our favorites include the chicken tortilla soup, salads, pastas, and chicken dishes.

The first time here. The atmosphere was great. Our server was Emily, she was very attentive and friendly. Great management that also checked and ensured that our table had everything we needed. The food was amazing. Steak cooked for perfection. The Hummerqueso was so good. And the cheesecake... so good. I'd say everyone should treat each other at least once.

I absolutely love the BLT Salad at this Arizona restaurant. Today, I decided to switch things up and added salmon to it. If you're a fan of bacon, you'll definitely enjoy this salad. Normally I'm not too enthusiastic about salads, but when I visit Firebirds, I can't resist ordering it. Everything was fantastic and I highly recommend trying it.

I recently had a surprise baby shower at this restaurant. The waiter treated me like royalty and even served me a chocolate milk in a martini glass. The service was excellent! Each of the 8 of us ordered something different and shared, and the food was outstanding. We had a perfect experience and can't wait to return.

We were told by the lady up front we don 't like parties of 7 , we had reservations and seated promptly. Food was very good. Portions small but expected due to the upscale dining. The menus were filthy, at least mine was, and the restroom was a mess as well. Great service, no issues with order. Atmosphere was very nice, the smell of hickory in the air. Will return, but will bring gloves for those dirty menus.
